Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Quality Leadership: Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Quality Management department. Quality Management System: Develop, enhance, and implement the Quality Management System according to internal and customer-specific requirements. KPI Monitoring: Analyze, prepare, and monitor key quality performance indicators. Continuous Improvement: Define and implement improvement actions in collaboration with relevant departments. Claims & Complaints: Manage and support the complaints handling process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions, in alignment with claim management standards. Audit Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal, external, and customer audits, including follow-up on corrective actions and participation in cross-site audits. Qualifications: Education: University degree in a relevant field. Experience: Several years of experience in Quality Management, ideally within plastics or silicone processing. Automotive Expertise: Strong background in Automotive standards and certifications. Audit Certifications: Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 and Process Auditor VDA 6.3. Leadership: Proven leadership experience in managing teams. Languages: Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
