Postdoctoral Position working on single molecule imaging (m/f/div)
The Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics in Freiburg (Germany) has an opening for a Postdoctoral position in the research group of Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Cissé (

). The position is to be filled as soon as possible and is initially limited for two years.
YOUR TASKS:
Your role at the lab is to optimize small-molecule using biophysical and proteomic insights. You will use the imaging and computational methods that have been developed by our lab to visualize molecule clusters that rapidly assemble and disassemble during gene expression
YOUR PROFILE:
We are looking for independent, creative and highly motivated post-doctoral scientists interested in exploring biophysical principles that regulate genomic processes:
* Applicants should have a PhD in molecular biophysics, biochemistry or a related discipline
* Expert in quantitative proteomics
* The ability to work effectively in a team and possess good communication skills
