We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
* Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing and finalizing documents, organizing approvals and signatures, and managing database updates.
* Assist in event preparation, welcoming and guiding guests, including organizing meetings, visits, lunches, presentations, and restitution of artwork.
* Manage telephone coverage, mail/document distribution, and diary scheduling.
* Support procurement processes, including collecting, checking, and handling purchasing requests manually and through financial systems.
* Promptly process invoices and creation of IDs, monitor backlogs, and report on pending purchase orders and invoices.
