Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
* Efficiently manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
* Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
* Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
* Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize processes and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
* Proactive, adaptable, and a positive mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
