Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning, designing, and evaluating onboarding for employees globally
2. Help maintain our Learning Management System by setting up courses, distributing invitations, and maintaining participation records
3. Support the implementation of projects and effective learning strategies
4. Support the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of onboarding and training initiatives
Requirements
5. Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of human resources, psychology, educationor any other related field
6. Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
7. Strong interest in learning and development, training, or a related field
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other relevant software applications
9. Having interest in learning with e-learning tools and platforms and interest in learning more
What we offer

12. Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
