As a Senior Business Developer, you will:
* Identify and qualify high-potential EMS opportunities within key sectors such as industrial, automotive, and IoT,
* Apply a structured Strategic Account Planning approach: map target organizations, build connections with key decision-makers, and understand their selection criteria,
* Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to final contract negotiation,
* Provide critical field insights (market trends, technological shifts, competitor activity) to support internal teams (quotation, marketing, product),
* Represent LACROIX at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences,
* Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development to align with company-wide strategic goals,
* Onboard and grow new customer accounts that match our predefined qualification criteria (market, plant capability),
Qualifications
The profile we are looking for will have :
* Mandatory and substantial experience in the EMS industry (minimum 5 years),
* Strong track record in B2B business development, ideally in an international context,
* Expertise in selling tailor-made solutions and complex services ,
* Proven ability to manage long and intricate sales cycles while maintaining strategic relationships,
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
* Fluent in English; French is a plus,
* Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365,
* Strategic, resilient, and highly results-driven mindset.
