Senior Lab IT Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks
* Lead and support IT projects in the R&D environment, including planning, execution, and validation in line with SDLC and GxP requirements
* Manage external vendors and provide technical oversight during design and implementation phases
* Plan, coordinate, and implement GxP-compliant laboratory IT infrastructures, including documentation and specification review
* Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, security policies, and access control
* Own change control processes and ensure maintenance and operation of R&D IT applications
* Support application operations, including lifecycle management, configuration, and 1st-level business support
* Ensure compliance through documentation, computerized system validation (GAMP5), and audit support
Your profile
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional training/experience
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
* Experience managing and supporting IT systems in regulated GxP environments
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, storage, virtualization, Active Directory) and Windows systems
* Hands-on experience with Computerized System Validation (e.g., GAMP5, EU-GMP Annex 11, FDA 21 CFR Part 11)
* Proven IT project management skills and ability to work in a structured, self-organized manner
* Excellent communication skills in German and English and proficiency with common IT tools (e.g., PowerShell, Microsoft ecosystem)
