BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "Service Delivery Manager" in Germany
Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery to ensure high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction
Manage and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding service-related matters
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure minimal disruption
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (support, infrastructure, network, security) for smooth operations
Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party service quality and compliance
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and optimize processes
Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, company policies, and compliance standards
Prepare and present regular service reports, reviews, and improvement plans
Manage team performance, provide guidance, and support professional development
Plan resource allocation and capacity management for service efficiency
Support transition and onboarding of new services or clients
Must hold a valid work permit in Germany
Local language (German) & English fluency mandatory.
