AEC Industry Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As an AEC industry sales specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the AEC industry, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
* Identify and engage new business opportunities within the AEC sector, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our construction and BIM software solutions.
* Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of sales experience in the AEC industry, preferably in software, technology, or related solutions.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive sales growth and expansion.
* Experience managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, and leading negotiations.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction, architecture, and engineering firms.
