Job Description During your internship, you will contribute to the development of a standard IT solution for a Business Unit or even across Bosch by managing business requirements from the Shopfloor of several plants worldwide. You will have the possibility to contribute to international working groups with experts from different Bosch Business Units, including Mobility Electronics, Power Solutions and Electrified Motion. Furthermore, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of experts from production and IT specialists. In addition, you will have the opportunity to deliver presentations and engage in discussions about subtopics in this area within an international working environment. Last but not least, you will provide support for Process Delegates who represent the Business Unit in central projects, as well as assist the entire team with various tasks. Qualifications Education: Master studies in any field Experience and Knowledge: with Miro, Atlassians products (Jira and Confluence), MES systems, MS Power BI, MS 365; Shopfloor and Business Process Management advantages; touchpoints and/or experience in manufacturing and lean production, knowledge in manufacturing IT welcome Personality and Working Practice: you are an outcome-oriented individual with strong conceptual abilities and a process-oriented mindset; you have a responsible working style and a willingness to collaborate within a team; you are open to new problems, processes and challenges Work Routine: partially mobile working within Germany possible Enthusiasm: motivated to work in a high-performance team and enjoy collaborating in an innovative and constantly evolving environment Languages: good in German, good in English is mandatory Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 - 12 months Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
