Responsibilities
* Accompany the digitalization journey within the framework of global HR transformation projects – from the initial idea to go-live
* Support our global and local HR teams in the further development of SAP SuccessFactors
* Evaluate, design, and implement business-specific requirements in close collaboration with the HR teams
* Work closely with our external implementation partners during project phases as well as in ongoing operations
* Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into the existing system landscape
* Actively contribute throughout the entire project cycle – from workshops to the implementation phase and post-go-live operations
* Take ownership for efficient processes, change and incident management, and ensure audit-compliant process flows
* Analysis and resolution of complex issues within the scope of 3rd-level support
* After successful onboarding: assumption of the deputy team lead role for our global HR IT team
Your Skills

* Several years of professional experience in project management with a strong focus on IT and HR
* In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central; additional modules are an advantage
* Strong understanding of the value chain combined with solid business and economic expertise
* Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken) with excellent communication abilities
