What You’ll Do
As a Director, Sales, you’ll be responsible for:
Own full P&L responsibility for EMEA (including India) revenue performance.
Deliver annual revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets.
Develop and execute a 3-year commercial growth strategy and beyond aligned with global objectives.
Drive organic growth through new customer acquisition, share‑of‑wallet expansion, and cross‑selling.
Strategic Sales Account & Market Expansion
Personally lead and cultivate executive‑level relationships with key OEMs, contract manufacturers, and strategic distribution partners.
Identify high‑growth verticals within aerospace, defense, industrial, and electronics markets.
Expand geographic footprint and channel partnerships across priority EMEA markets.
Sales Organization & Performance Management
Build, lead, and coach a high‑performance regional sales team (direct sales, account managers, channel managers).
Establish rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
Implement KPI dashboards to drive accountability (revenue growth, win rate, GP$, backlog, customer retention).
Lead talent planning, succession, and performance management across the region.
Commercial Excellence & Operational Alignment
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational execution.
Drive pricing discipline and margin optimization strategies.
Standardize sales processes and customer engagement frameworks across EMEA.
What You Bring
Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within aerospace, electronics distribution, or industrial manufacturing.
Demonstrated success leading regional or multinational sales organizations in EMEA.
Strong experience in private‑equity or high‑growth performance environments preferred.
Proven ability to scale revenue and improve margin performance.
Deep understanding of OEM, contract manufacturing, and distribution models.
Experience managing multi‑country teams and navigating cultural complexity.
Willingness and ability to travel 50%+.
Must have professional proficiency in English. Additional languages preferred.
