You will ensure the seamless execution of won projects and maintain long-term customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support the Head of Sales with strategic customer management, process optimization, and operational sales tasks. Your profile You will Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of won customer projects — from preparing and sending sales agreements to organizing and overseeing transport and logistics. Ensure all deal and customer information is accurately documented and kept up to date in the CRM system. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively supporting the sales team in planning and preparing key customer meetings. Proactively follow up on inquiries and ongoing projects to keep momentum and strengthen partnerships. Represent Circunomics at trade shows and industry events to expand our network and generate new business opportunities. Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and enhance sales and operational processes to increase efficiency and ensure scalability as the trading business grows. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and strengthen coordination between sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. Sales Support: Assist with organizational and back-office tasks, including setting up and maintaining client folder structures, updating the CRM database, and contributing to better documentation of sales operations. Register and onboard new clients to our B2B marketplace, assist them in listing available battery stock or sourcing required batteries. You have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or project management, ideally in the automotive or energy sector. Experience with complex B2B sales processes and technical understanding of battery storage, second-life usage, or recycling is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot. Fluent in English, German is a plus. Independent, structured work style with a hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset. Bonus Skills: Knowledge is SEMrush. Experience in Green Tech startups, IoT, or Energy. Technical understanding of battery systems or energy storage solutions. Strong interest in Automotive, Electric Vehicles, or Renewable Energy.
