We are supporting an innovative company in their SAP transformation. As SAP Business Process Analyst – Procurement, you will be the link between business and IT, ensuring procurement workflows run smoothly while supporting the S/4HANA rollout. You'll guide Key Users, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain high-quality operations post go-live.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze and coordinate procurement processes within the S/4HANA environment.
Work closely with IT teams and external SAP consultants to define functional concepts.
Support Key Users in the business units, ensuring processes are understood, executed, and documented.
Contribute to migration preparation, testing, and process documentation.
Maintain and continuously improve procurement processes after go-live.
Assist with reporting, KPI monitoring, and process analyses for SAP-relevant activities.
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
Solid experience with SAP MM modules (PUR, MM-IM, MM-IV, master data management), ideally including S/4HANA.
Strong business process understanding combined with hands-on implementation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; structured and organized approach.
Independent yet able to coordinate across departments.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
