For our client, a leading technology company in the field of secure communications technology, we are immediately seeking an experienced Communications Engineer (m/f/d) for their Memmingen location, working full-time (35 hours per week). In this role, you will develop the hardware for highly complex VHF/UHF radios used worldwide in stationary communications and on ships. Your tasks
8. Electronics development: Design, development and continuous optimization of complex electronic circuits for the VHF/UHF radio family.
9. Simulation & Component Selection: Targeted component selection and the sound execution of hardware simulations.
10. Lifecycle Management: Development and implementation of technical measures to ensure the availability and serviceability of products throughout their entire lifecycle.
11. Series production transfer & quality: Independent execution of design reviews, definition of test specifications and qualification of assemblies and devices for series production.
12. Interface function: Proactive and cooperative collaboration in a cross-site, interdisciplinary development team.
Your profile
13. Qualification: Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering with a focus on communication technology, telecommunications engineering or a comparable field.
14. Expertise in high frequency (HF): In-depth practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of high frequency circuit technology and HF measurement technology.
15. Design Tools: Proficient use of common hardware design and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Microwave Office, or CST ).
16. Software skills: Good knowledge of at least one common programming language (ideally Python ).
17. Personality: A pronounced organizational talent paired with a high enthusiasm for innovation, quality awareness and a genuine team player mentality.
18. Languages: Good written and spoken German and English skills for international cooperation.
