Performance Controller
A highly analytical and detail-oriented professional is sought to join our team as a Performance Controller. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting findings to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports, including target/actual comparisons to track performance and identify deviations.
* Data Analysis: Extract relevant data from various sources, ensuring validation, preparation, consolidation, and thorough analysis.
* Results Presentation: Present findings in a clear and structured manner, supporting informed decision-making.
* Ad Hoc Analysis: Develop customized analyses to address emerging business needs.
* Planning Support: Provide data-driven insights and financial assessments to support the planning process.
Requirements:
* Educational Background: A degree in economics or a related field, preferably with a focus on finance or controlling.
* Professional Experience: Relevant experience in finance or controlling, ideally gained in an international industrial company.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with S4/Hana Group Reporting, AP SEM-BCS, SAP BW, and SAP Analysis is advantageous.
* Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making.
* Languages: Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
