Managing Director – Valves
Location: Germany
We are partnering with a global flow control business to appoint a Managing Director for its German valves operation. This is a high-impact role with full P&L ownership and a clear mandate to drive growth and performance.
The Role:
* Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth across key industrial sectors.
* Drive operational performance and margin improvement.
* Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
* Strengthen key customer relationships and expand market share.
The Candidate
* Proven MD / GM / BU leadership experience within valves, flow control, or engineered products.
* Strong track record of P&L delivery and growth.
* Blend of commercial and operational expertise.
* Experience in an international environment.
* Fluent German and English.
