A long-standing partner of SAP who drive innovation and deliver large-scale SAP transformations for leading organisations across industries is looking for a SAP HCM (Senior) Manager to strengthen the SAP HR team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage SAP HCM workstreams within complex SAP S / 4HANA and transformation programs
* Define strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure successful delivery
* Take part in business development and presales
* Stakeholder collaboration
* Lead and manage a team (team size depending on experience)
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM area
* Experience in Employee Central
* Team leadership experience
* Travel willingness
* Good language skills in English and German
* Residence in Germany
