Site Manager – BESS
G2 Recruitment are working alongside our client to hire an experienced freelance Site Manager for a BESS Project in Saxony
Contract length: 6-month initial contract
Hours: 5 days per week
Working Pattern (Flexible Hours/Remote): Onsite 5 days/40 hours per week
Job Details:
In this role, you will work with our client to work on a standalone BESS project as a Site Manager. As part of this, you will also be undertaking Quality Manager duties, and as such, candidate with HSE certifications are preferred.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience working on renewable energy power plant construction/ renewable energy projects (BESS preferred)
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, project management and supervising large scale construction projects, particularly in renewable energy
* Strong German speaking required (at least C1) and technical English preferred (B2 level)
Successful applicants will require two references and must be able to work as a freelancer in Germany.
