The Country Manager for Germany holds a critical position aimed at propelling Amazfit's brand revenues in one of our top markets across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the EMEA General Manager, this role will be crucial in further developing our successful business relations in the German and other DACH markets.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Extensive knowledge and solid relationships with the German consumer electronics market key players;
2. Sound experience in managing sales strategy and country P&L;
3. Experience in leading sales teams to achieve positive sales records;
4. Great understanding of marketing/branding campaign logic, especially for consumer electronics, running, and outdoor product segments;
5. Capability to formulate local sales and business development plans and implement action plans to meet sales targets;
6. Able to build trustful long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and retailers to understand business needs and opportunities;
7. Skilled in developing go-to-market strategies (price, product positioning, promotion, and channel strategy);
8. Partner with HQ to optimize products and feedback key findings from market research, client suggestions, and industry reports.
Please note : This is a remote role; periodical/quarterly trips to our HQ in Warsaw may be required.
Ideal Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field;
2. Proven 10+ years of sales experience in the consumer electronics industry with excellent relationships with key clients;
3. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets (revenue, volume, margin, market share);
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment under pressure;
5. Self-motivated and results-driven;
6. Adaptable to change and agile in approach;
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
8. Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks;
9. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
