This position can be based in: Spain, Italy, France, Germany and UK.
Responsibilities
* Define and propose the strategy for new product development based on competitive analysis, commercial feedback, market data, and KOL input.
* Follow up and participate throughout all phases of new product development.
* Participate in calls and meetings with US Global R&D teams.
* Provide technical knowledge and project management expertise to ensure proper focus and advancement.
* Interpret and elaborate design goals into measurable design input and output.
* Act as product expert during complete product design and product transfer phase for new products.
* Organize focus groups, advisory boards, and product tests in feedback sessions before defining design input requirements and throughout development.
* Coordinate with the Regulatory team to ensure timely local registration and prioritize countries.
* Work daily with Supply team on forecasting topics for new products.
* Collaborate with sales analysts to evaluate sales trends (e.g., Power BI).
* Provide regular updates to the International Marketing team on development status and agree on potential changes.
* Deliver marketing training, provide material and information, and support product positioning, pricing, branding, and training packages.
* Manage product introductions – pre‑launch and launch planning, monitoring, and coordination of initial launch phases, and provide customer feedback to the Development Group.
* Identify, map, and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs).
* Collaborate with the clinical and medical groups for pre‑ and post‑launch studies.
* Active participation in international congresses, symposiums, and customer events.
* Focus on KPIs to differentiate from competition, considering cost improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications: Science or business graduate with product management and/or marketing/sales experience in the same area.
Experience
* Significant experience in the medical device industry with a proven track record in product management.
* Experience in training/coaching and/or matrix/horizontal management.
* Experience managing budgets and sales forecasting.
* Demand forecasting and distribution channel management.
