OverviewJoin or sign in to apply for the Labor & Employment Counsel - EMEA role at Hach.Lesen Sie bitte die vollständige Beschreibung und bewerben Sie sich sofort, wenn Sie sicher sind, dass Sie alle Anforderungen erfüllen.ResponsibilitiesProviding strategic legal guidance that shapes workplace culture across a global organization.Thriving in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where your expertise safeguards the world’s most vital resources.Contributing to a more equitable, sustainable future through meaningful work that impacts lives every day.Advising on EU, national, and local employment laws including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, leaves, accommodations, hiring, contracting, labor relations, and whistleblower protections.Assisting operating companies with complex HR-related investigations and audits, including overseeing third-party investigators, supporting internal investigators, and sometimes personally conducting investigations.Leading employment-related litigation and adversarial matters, including strategy development, agency responses, and settlement negotiations.Acting as the EMEA legal subject matter expert on cross-functional initiatives, M&A activity, and compliance reviews.Designing and implementing turnkey legal solutions that embed compliance and efficiency across OpCos of varying sizes and complexities.Providing pragmatic L&E legal advice to HR and business leaders on the full range of labor and employment matters and driving sustained compliance through scalable, process-based solutions.Monitoring new laws, regulations and decisions affecting the substantive legal areas above and providing strategic advice to company leadership.QualificationsLegal certification from an accredited law school and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions.5+ years of experience in labor and employment law, ideally with exposure to Germany, France, and Benelux countries.Proven ability to manage complex investigations and employment disputes.Strong process orientation with a track record of scaling legal solutions across matrixed organizations.Experience working independently across geographies and an established track record of constructively partnering across functions.Agility and a business-first mindset, with the ability to align legal advice to operational and strategic goals.Business-fluent English; German or French are a plus.About VeraltoVeralto is a global leader in essential technology solutions with a proven track record of solving complex challenges.
