* Lead, coach, and develop a team of highly skilled Enterprise Account Executives
* Own Adobe's top Financial Services Industry (FSI) industry accounts, driving growth and retention through strong value propositions and customer relationships
* Develop and execute targeted business strategies to uncover new opportunities and deliver accurate forecasting
* Collaborate across Solution Sales and Digital Experience teams to execute go-to-market strategies
* Deliver world-class account management, customer adoption, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and value realization initiatives
This is a 5+ year quota-carrying leadership position in SaaS sales, requiring a proven track record of success with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI, complex enterprise sales cycles, coaching and people leadership skills, and excellent communication skills in English and German.
