We ARE looking for a Site Manager to act as the Owner's Engineer onsite representative for 2 BESS sites in Vöhringen & Memmingen, Germany. You will oversee EPC construction progress, quality, and HSE, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, permits, and German standards. You will be the primary interface between the site and the PMO. Tasks & Responsibilities: Act as OE's onsite representative for 2 BESS sites. Oversee EPC contractor's construction activities, progress, and quality. Review ITPs, method statements, and QAPs. Monitor NCRs and verify corrective actions. Ensure site readiness for inspections and commissioning. Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, and SCADA inspectors. Report daily/weekly to PMO. Requirements / Your Profile: Mandatory: 8 years site management on HV / BESS / substation projects. Mandatory: German language (required for site discussions and contractor management). Strong leadership and contractor management skills. Familiarity with German construction standards and permits. Applicants must clearly state BESS/substation site management experience and German language ability on CV (MANDATORY).
