Customer Support Manager
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to operators of P&W products in the EMEA region. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple engine maintenance contracts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Responsibilities:
1. To act as the main point of contact for customers in relation to their 'pay per hour' Fleet Management Program (FMP) engine maintenance contracts;
2. To manage multiple contracts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance;
3. To collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues related to engines or other equipment;
