As a Process Expert in Hot Forming, you will play a key role in shaping and harmonizing global hot forming processes for ampoules, cartridges, and vials. You will act as a technical authority, trainer, and primary contact for our international production sites.
Your Contribution
Knowledge Management and Standardization
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge based on hot forming
2. Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization
3. Define, develop, and implement harmonized global process standards
4. Create and maintain detailed documentation specific to products and processes
5. Identify, evaluate, and promote technical innovations and best practices
Technical Support, Training and Qualification
6. Design and implement global qualification and training programs
7. Support production sites in stabilizing, optimizing and standardizing processes
8. Conduct technical process assessments at various production sites
9. Deliver remote and on-site training sessions combining theory with hands-on practice
Project Work and Development
10. Support and contribute significantly to process trials and validations in production settings
11. Apply your expertise actively in development and research projects
Networking and Exchange
12. Organize and facilitate global expert meetings
13. Drive and coordinate global knowledge exchange initiatives in hot forming
Your Profile
14. Extensive experience and deep expertise in hot forming for ampoules, cartridges, and/or vials
15. Strong background in process analysis, standardization and documentation
16. Excellent communication, training and facilitation skills
17. Collaborative, team-oriented and cross-functional mindset
18. Intercultural competence and ability to perform in international teams
19. Willingness to travel internationally
20. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
21. Additional language skills are an asset
