We are looking for a top-notch experienced (Senior) AI Developer to support our agile AI development team in designing, building and deploying enterprise-grade Agentic AI and ML solutions for SAP’s internal business organizations.
Work with a global, agile team of data scientists, AI/ML engineers and software engineers on Agentic AI and ML solutions as well as on the E2E lifecycle
Drive the development process of cutting edge data science and AI solutions and lead the development, maintenance and optimization of Agentic AI architectures and solutions across business domains
Execute enterprise-grade LLMOps and MLOps: continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous training for our AI models and Agentic workflows
Ensure reliability, observability and compliance of deployed AI solutions
We are looking for a driven and motivated team player with at least a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. You should have multiple years of experience in Python programming and in distributed computing frameworks. Additionally, solid experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud infrastructure is required. Advanced coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java, with solid understanding of software engineering principles
Hands-on experience with data ETL, APIs and model deployment workflows
Knowledge of distributed systems and data platforms for big data
Fluent English and a proactive, problem solving mindset; good German language skills desirable
Familiarity with SAP AI Core, SAP BTP
