Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer with 7+ years of experience in deskside and onsite support, especially in manufacturing or shopfloor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network, and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS)
* Troubleshoot and maintain RF scanners, printers (Zebra), AV equipment, and shopfloor PCs
* Support OT technologies including PLCs and industrial IT systems
* Coordinate with vendors and ensure site IT uptime
* Execute IT projects and ensure SLA adherence
* Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
* Participate in on-call support and possible rotational shifts
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, SCCM, Intune, AD, JAMF
* Experience with rugged devices, RF scanners, and managed print services
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Additional Info:
* Travel to other sites may be required
* On-call support for critical issues outside business hours
