* Execute upper- and mid-funnel campaigns with operational excellence

* Proven experience in developing marketing strategies, plans, and insights
* Strong skills in creative, campaign, and marketing project management
* Hands-on experience in social and creator marketing
* Solid understanding of the local creative scene, brands, and cultural landscape
* Norwegian language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
* Deep fashion, lifestyle, and cultural awareness of the Norwegian market
* Strong background in brand marketing operations
* Self-driven, able to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision
