Our client is an internationally positioned corporate group experiencing strong growth. As part of its continued professionalisation and scaling, they are seeking an entrepreneurial, execution-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business in the fast-paced electronics market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across multiple industries, playing a key role in driving growth within the dynamic electronics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and win new business opportunities aligned with company capabilities
* Develop market insights, identify customer needs, and define compelling value propositions
* Analyse competitors, prepare commercial proposals, and secure premium pricing
* Manage customer relationships, forecasts, delivery expectations, and issue resolution
Ideal Candidate:
* Min. 7 years of experience in electronics sales with demonstrated ability to acquire and develop new customers
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and persistence with a professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent German and English; additional languages beneficial
