We are expanding our global business development efforts and are looking for experienced sales professionals to drive growth in key international markets.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing the company's sales strategy in your assigned country or region. You will leverage your industry network and deep market knowledge to acquire new clients — primarily e-commerce sellers and enterprises that ship to or operate in North America — and secure their last-mile delivery and small parcel fulfillment business in the US and Canada.
This is an individual contributor role focused on hunter-style business development. You will not manage a team but will receive strong support from HQ colleagues (pricing, operations, solutions, and marketing).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets in your market.
* Identify, approach, and acquire new business from e-commerce companies, online retailers, and cross-border sellers who require last-mile delivery services in North America.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
* Understand client needs and work with internal pricing and solution teams to create competitive proposals, integrating UniUni's products (express, small parcel, overseas warehousing & fulfillment).
* Actively gather market intelligence and competitor information to provide insights back to the global team.
* Monitor performance metrics, adjust strategies based on results and client feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
* Represent UniUni at industry events and build brand awareness in the local cross-border logistics and e-commerce community.
Requirements
* 5+ years of proven sales experience in international logistics, with a strong background in cross-border e-commerce logistics (B2C).
* Deep knowledge of export air freight, small parcel lines, overseas warehousing & fulfillment.
* Strong existing network and proven ability to develop new business in your local market.
* Self-motivated with high drive, resilience under pressure, and strong sales process management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Language requirements: Fluency in English + local language of the market (Mandarin is a plus).
Compensation
* Monthly salary: 4400 – 10000 USD (depending on experience and market)
