Your tasks
8. Documentation creation: Independent creation and continuous maintenance of operating instructions, maintenance manuals and photo documentation for highly complex vacuum process systems.
9. Multilingualism: Development and translation of component manuals in German and English.
10. Layout & Design: Graphic preparation and logical structuring of the documents in strict compliance with industry-specific standards and company-internal guidelines.
11. Interface communication: Close coordination with the technical departments to gather complex information in a sound manner and to prepare it in a target-group-oriented way.
12. Compliance with standards: Seamless assurance of compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, especially in the area of machine safety and CE marking.
Your profile
13. Qualification: Completed studies or equivalent vocational training in the field of technical documentation, technical writing or a comparable technical qualification.
14. Experience: Solid professional experience in the creation of technical documentation in special machine or plant engineering.
15. Regulations: Reliable expertise in the areas of machine safety and CE directives.
16. IT & systems skills: Proficient use of common content management systems (CMS) and graphics programs. A strong understanding of complex technical relationships is required.
17. Languages: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, for international documentation.
18. Personality: A communicative team player who integrates quickly and readily into existing teams.
