What We Offer
* Annual Base Salary: ~15,400 gross (1,100/month x 14 months)

About the Role
Join Content Moderation team for a leading global social media platform. Your mission is to keep the platform safe by:
* Reviewing and moderating user-generated content
* Ensuring compliance with community guidelines
* Acting quickly and accurately to remove harmful or inappropriate content
* Escalating complex cases when necessary
Requirements
German Level: C1 (fluent)
English Level: B2 or above
Experience: No prior experience required
Availability: Full commitment to 24/7 rotational shifts, on-site in Lisbon
Skills: Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, strong decision-making
Documents : EU ID, Residence Card or Manifestação de Interesse required.
