Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping of Luxembourg accounts in accordance with Lux GAAP standards
* Organize and prepare closing processes to ensure efficient financial management
* Prepare annual accounts and participate in audit follow-up to maintain compliance
* Manage ad-hoc projects as required by the organization
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the accountancy systems by:
* Providing expert advice on continuing improvement initiatives
* Handling requests from colleagues related to accounting matters
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration with operational software
* Communicating with internal and external IT suppliers to resolve technical issues
* Training and assisting new colleagues on the effective use of accounting software
Your Profile:
* Degree in accountancy or a related field
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record
* Fluency in English language skills
* Strong work habits and ability to meet deadlines
* Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Ability to perform at a high level of quality and responsibility
