The HVDC Control Team sits at the heart of innovation. We develop, test, and validate hardware and software for state-of-the-art HVDC solutions, working in agile, lean environments. Our multinational experts partner seamlessly with engineering, project management, and customers to turn complex requirements into customized, high-performance systems. As the final quality gate for Factory Acceptance Tests and during on-site commissioning, we ensure that high-voltage equipment and control and protection systems meet the highest standards - before they go live.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Take the lead in delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective commissioning for HVDC projects from test phase to site execution
* Guide an international team of experts, aligning people, processes, and performance
* Ensure full compliance with contracts, regulations, and occupational health and safety standards
* Coordinate FST/FAT activities at on-site test facilities, acting as a key quality gate for HW/SW readiness
* Enable seamless construction site execution through strong coordination, clear communication, and structured progress reporting
* Support project management in risk, claim, quality, and HSE management, including systematic non-conformance handling
What You Bring
* University degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering or a comparable technical qualification with real-world experience
* Extensive experience in commissioning and commissioning management of large-scale energy infrastructure
* Willingness to work international, including long-term site assignments in Germany and worldwide, with optional offshore exposure
* Excellent understanding of project management fundamentals
* English fluency required; German language skills are a strong advantage
* Valid driver's license
