HR Officer (M/F)

Within this function, you will be part of a multitasking HR team and provide daily support to management and employees. You will work within a central HR platform, ensuring consistent HR processes and procedures and be a key point of contact for both local management and staff as well as operational companies located abroad (Portugal, Spain, Poland, …).

You will be responsible for the following activities:

Prepare employment contracts, contract addenda, work certificates and other HR-related documents.
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, including leave management, compensation, absence management, and other day-to-day HR matters.
Prepare monthly the payroll process.
Support the HR team in its daily administrative operations.
Provide legal guidance on daily HR matters, in line with Luxembourg or international labor law.
Provide day-to-day support to management and employees regarding employee relations, performance matters and workplace behavior.
Assist in reviewing and updating HR concepts, procedures and policies.
Support and conduct employee onboarding activities.
Maintain employee files and records.
Follow up on training activities and training reimbursements.
Contribute to various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

At least 5 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role.
Good knowledge of the Luxembourg social security system and labor law.
Good knowledge of payroll administration and familiarity with specific tax matters related to cross-border commuters.
Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages will be considered as an asset.
Good command of MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Pragmatic, proactive, flexible, reliable and well-organized.
