Senior Corporate Officer Job
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to join our client, a reputable fiduciary in Luxembourg. This part-time position will be responsible for managing the daily corporate administration of entities within the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Corporate/Legal Officer in a fiduciary, PFS, ManCo or Big Four in Luxembourg. They should possess excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal, and be well-organized with a strong attention to detail.
* Manage daily corporate administration of entities in the portfolio
* Draft legal documents such as Board meetings, annual general meetings, statutory changes, capital increases, etc.
* Ensure effective communication with clients, banks, administrations, lawyers, notaries, etc.
* Publish annual accounts on the Trade register and other common modifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 4 years of experience as a Corporate/Legal Officer in a fiduciary, PFS, ManCo or Big Four in Luxembourg
* Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and verbal)
* Well-organized with a strong attention to detail
