Overview :Join a dynamic and global cyber security consulting team advising leading enterprises on resilience and business continuity. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimising BCM strategies within broader cyber security and risk programmes. You will work cross-functionally, bringing resilience thinking into digital transformation, operational risk, and regulatory compliance environments.Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks and strategies tailored to clients’ risk landscapesConduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to inform continuity planningSupport design and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plansIntegrate BCM into broader cyber security governance, risk, and compliance frameworksGuide clients through regulatory expectations and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 22301, DORA)Lead or support projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with internal and client stakeholdersDeliver workshops, training sessions, and simulation exercises to promote BCM maturityWork in agile teams, contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the firmYour Profile :University degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field3+ years of experience in business continuity or operational resilience (ideally within consulting or professional services)Solid understanding of relevant standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, DORA)Familiarity with cyber security, IT risk, and governance structuresStrong interpersonal and communication skills in both German and EnglishWillingness to travel for client engagements as neededCertifications such as CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Auditor, or similar are advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
