Legal Counsel Location: Hamburg (Hybrid) Our client is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to advise on complex commercial and project-related contracts across international markets. In this role, you’ll provide legal guidance on long-term supply and service agreements, manage negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, and support strategic business initiatives within a growing, multinational organisation. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate PPAs (physical, financial, and on-site) as well as other long-term offtake, supply, and financing contracts. Advise internal teams on contractual, regulatory, and risk aspects of PPA structures. Support tenders and project transactions from a legal perspective. Present legal assessments and recommendations to senior management and internal committees. Monitor market and regulatory developments affecting PPA frameworks. Coordinate external legal counsel across national and international matters. Requirements: Fully qualified lawyer with strong academic results. Several years of experience in commercial, project, or contract law gained in a law firm or corporate legal department. Confident negotiator with excellent communication and organisational skills. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus. Proactive, structured, and business-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity and accountability.
