Head of Sales – Pharma Excipients & Film Coatings
Location: Hybrid in Rosenberg, Germany
We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer of pharmaceutical ingredients seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager – Pharma Excipients & Film Coatings.
This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L responsibility, oversight of a global team, and the mandate to shape commercial strategy in a fast-evolving segment of pharmaceutical innovation. You will manage and develop international sales operations, including regional offices, technical sales managers, and customer service functions.
Requirements
* 5+ years of leadership experience in the pharma ingredients Excipients OR/AND & Film Coatings.
* Proven track record in leading teams and delivering commercial growth.
* Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
* Solid understanding of finance, pricing, logistics, and sales operations.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
