We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
Responsibilities
* Project initiation and planning: Develop project scope statements, work breakdown structures, and detailed project schedules.
* Trend analysis and status reporting: Analyze project performance data, identify trends, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering is required; master's degree preferred
Qualifications:
* Detailed understanding of MS Office software especially Excel & PowerPoint as well as HOAI und Projektcontrolling (wünschenswert)
