Counsel and advise on all communications topics – strategy, employee engagement, change management communications, external communications; drive and manage thought leadership for the CDIOActivate a communications narrative and program for the Technology strategy as well as the new operating model; ensure alignment of tone, voice, and messaging across internal and external platformsManage and coordinate communications and engagement around Technology domains’ priorities on unit and enterprise level in alignment with overall communications strategy and prioritiesIdentify and secure speaking opportunities, media engagements, and industry recognition in line with the Sandoz thought leadership framework. Craft impactful messages, speeches, and social media content that reflect leadership vision and organizational priorities. Oversee creation of high-impact content including blogs, videos, newsletters, and presentations.
