As part of a 6-month assignment, they are looking to recruit an HR Officer to strengthen their team. This opportunity will allow you to grow in a dynamic environment where well-being, diversity, and inclusion are key pillars of the HR strategy, within a modern, supportive, and multicultural workplace.
Your responsibilities:
* Recruitment & onboarding management: You oversee the entire recruitment process and support the integration of new employees.
* HR Administration & contract drafting: You are responsible for drafting employment contracts and managing personnel administration, ensuring compliance and securing the employer-employee relationship.
* Payroll coordination: You collect and verify variable payroll elements in line with the banking collective agreement.
* Daily HR point of contact: As a trusted partner to employees and managers, you provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Profile:
* Proven experience in Human Resources (3-5 years) within the framework of the banking collective agreement.
* Excellent command of French and English; Portuguese or Spanish would be a strong asset.
* Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a client-service mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and autonomy.
* Open-minded, proactive, and eager to contribute to a meaningful and enriching project.
