Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a highly proactive and motivated Team Assistant to join their busy Frankfurt office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years administrative experience, who is eager to take the next step in their business support career towards becoming an Assistant within the financial services sector.
THE ROLE
* Supporting the team with administrative duties
* Diary management
* Arranging international travel
* Processing expenses
* Providing ad-hoc support across events and projects as required
THE CANDIDATE
* Effective communication skills and willingness to learn
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
* Have a professional, committed attitude and approach
* Fluent in both written and spoken German, and English
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
