HSE Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering / Energy Lines Bachhausen
Your tasks
1. Building progress from ideas together with passion
2. Taking over the tasks regarding occupational safety in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2
3. Collaboration in the occupational safety department and support in achieving occupational safety goals
4. Implementation of the Max Bögl safety standard across the entire value chain
5. Identification of possible substitutions of hazardous and water-polluting substances in cooperation with the specialist departments
6. Close cooperation with purchasing, IT and research and product development
7. Support for sustainability initiatives within the group
8. Planning, implementation and documentation of safety inspections and internal safety audits on construction sites and in production
9. Interdisciplinary advice for colleagues and customers regarding issues of occupational safety, fire protection, hazardous substances, state of the art
Your profile
10. Degree and solid professional experience desirable
11. Knowledge of the relevant state and professional association regulations
12. Basic knowledge of REACH, AwSV and the Hazardous Substances Ordinance
13. Training as an occupational safety specialist desirable
14. Sound knowledge of MS Office products and PC routine for creating analyses, statistics, reports, etc.
15. Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
16. LEAN knowledge is an advantage
17. Empathy and assertiveness
18. Good organizational and communication skills
19. Ability to keep track of many tasks, interfaces and deadlines simultaneously
