Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of approximately ~15 software development engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle – from conception and design to implementation and deployment – for Web-based and SCPI front-end applications, alongside the essential back-end infrastructure to control the CMX500 Callbox applications.
Partner closely with Product Managers and Application Engineers to define compelling user journeys and translate market needs into impactful features.
Cultivate a flexible and effective team adept at navigating change and delivering high-quality software through modern agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or a closely related field is required.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing software engineering teams, with a strong track record of fostering technical excellence and empowering individual growth.
Solid understanding and practical experience with modern Web technologies, such as Angular, React, or similar frameworks, and proficiency in a back-end languages like C++, Python, or Java.
A passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. German language skills are a plus.
