Your mission
* Provide IT support to our internal staff to ensure their smooth day-to-day operation
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
* Actively participatein troubleshooting IT issues and support network and security setup
* Train our employees in the efficient use of IT resources
* Maintain and update internal support documentation
* Manage users and permissions
Your profile
* Complete d education all degree in the IT field or similar experience
* Experience in troubleshooting and IT support
* Experience in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
* Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
* Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
* Optional: Software Deployments
* Optional: Administration of Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.)
* High level of customer orientation and communication skills
* Fluent in English (Optional: German)

The vision of Cofinity-X is to run an open marketplace for the provision of own and third-party business applications and further services that enable secured and standardized data transfer along the automotive value chain in accordance with the Gaia-X and Catena-X principles with initial focus on the European market.
