Your tasks
6. Support in the preparation of study documents and documents for ethics and regulatory submission
7. Supporting the clinical trial associate and/or contracting team as trial support in the area of clinical research
8. Continuous management and archiving of study documents and their administration
9. Contract administration in the individual indications
10. Support administration in the area of contracting around the created study contracts (tracking, dispatch, quality control, archiving)
11. Logistics and distribution of study materials as well as general data entry
Your profile
12. Successfully completed vocational training as a BTA, CTA or a comparable qualification
13. First professional experience in the commercial or administrative area
14. Good knowledge of the MS Office package
15. Proficient in written and spoken English and German
16. Ability to communicate and work in a team
17. An independent and structured way of working
