About the Company



We are seeking an experienced EUC L1 Support Engineer to provide onsite End-User Computing (EUC) support services for a critical backfill role in Düsseldorf, Germany. The selected engineer will deliver first-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth IT operations and high-quality service delivery. This is a dispatch-based engagement requiring professional onsite presence and structured support delivery.



About the Role



We are seeking an experienced EUC L1 Support Engineer to provide onsite End-User Computing (EUC) support services for a critical backfill role in Düsseldorf, Germany. The selected engineer will deliver first-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth IT operations and high-quality service delivery.



Responsibilities



* Provide onsite Level 1 End-User Computing (EUC) support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
* Support desktops, laptops, docking stations, printers, and mobile devices.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
* Handle password resets, account support, and access-related issues.
* Log and manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool.
* Coordinate with Level 2/Level 3 teams for escalations when required.
* Support device setup, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
* Ensure compliance with client IT policies and security standards.
* Maintain professional communication with end users and stakeholders.


Qualifications



* Proven experience in EUC / Desktop Support / IT Support (L1 level).


Required Skills



* Strong knowledge of:
* Windows OS environments
* Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
* Basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting)
* Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment.


Preferred Skills



* Language Requirements
* English: Minimum B2 level (professional working proficiency)
* German: Minimum B2 level (professional working proficiency)



Pay range and compensation package



Candidate must have full legal working rights in Germany. Background verification (BGV) and onboarding process will be conducted after selection.
