Our company is looking for a Vehicle Damper Technician (m/f/d) for our Suspension Department in Frankfurt.
Work Scope:
* Managing for Suspension Laboratory and Tuning van
* Maintenance all of valve parts quality with LOT data
* Managing and maintenance all of Tools, Test rigs and fixture
* Activity for the Root cause investigation/Principle testing and contact customer according to Group leader direction
* Supporting the Group Leader (organizing, preparing and carrying out the tuning-activities)
* Measurement of shock absorber and spring strut with different test programs
* Monitoring and analyses of damping forces as well as documentation and maintenance of rel-evant documents
* Opening of the shock absorber and checking of the components after functioning and fault signal
* Implementation of final functional test of the engine and result delivery to the Test Engineer
* Travel activities (domestic and foreign country)
* Purchasing activity for designated parts
* Managing and Transport the tuning truck.
Requirements:
* Vocational Training (Berufsausbildung oder Techniker)
* Organizational and coordination skills, teamwork, flexibility
* Fluent in German and English
* Independent, structured and result-oriented and reliable working method
* High social competence
* Drivers licence is mandatory for travelling to customer
